- Review quantities, options, delivery charges, and any discount.
- For rentals, distinguish the rental fee from the deposit.
- For a subscription, review the period, charges, and renewal information.
- For business earnings, compare gross sales, commission, and the recorded net amount.
Ask before agreeing
If a quote, checkout, invoice, or payout summary does not match your understanding, clarify it before confirming. A commission charged to a business is not automatically an additional customer fee. Keep the agreed price and final record for reconciliation.
