Payments, wallet, and receipts
Understand payment states, deposits, wallet balances, and reconciliation.

SAJI supports configured M-Pesa, card, and PayPal payment flows, plus wallet-funded workflows where available. A listed integration does not guarantee availability. Airtel collections are not currently supported as a live integration. Bank transfers require configured account details and manual confirmation.
Pending does not mean paid
A payment may remain pending while the gateway confirms it. Do not repeat a payment just because a redirect or callback is slow.
- Review the amount and transaction purpose.
- Complete the gateway's confirmation step.
- Return to the originating booking or wallet screen.
- Wait for the payment status to reconcile.
- Contact support with the payment reference if the result remains unclear; never send passwords, PINs, or OTPs.
Wallet and payout records
Your wallet shows recorded credits, debits, and applicable held balances. A payout request is separate from completed delivery of funds. Timing depends on review, the selected method, and provider availability.
Receipts and verification
Keep the receipt issued for your transaction. Use its verification reference to check the record. Treat a verification link as private information and share it only when needed. Refund eligibility and payment release follow the relevant order or job workflow.
